There are a limited number of spaces for being a Vendor at the Festival of Quilts 2025. Please reserve your space as soon as possible to ensure your participation. Vendors are expected to be set up during all hours of the show: June 6th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and June 7th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
If you would like to apply to be a vendor at the quilt show, please fill out this vendor application form and email to quiltshow@acqcolorado.org. Vendor registration, approval and payment must be completed by April 1st, 2025
An email for a link to payment will be sent to you after your application is approved. Once accepted as a vendor, art for the program booklet needs to be supplied before the April 1st deadline. All vendors will be given two badges and names (or business card) listed in the program booklet. See below for two vendor levels. Table covers must be supplied by each vendor, and although no pipe and drape will be provided by the show committee, there will be a concrete wall available behind each vendor space to affix signage. Vendor setup is scheduled any time on June 5th between noon and 5 p.m., but be aware that many people will be in the area all day into the evening preview, and we advise covering all products. You will be given access on June 6th at 8 a.m. if you prefer to wait and set out products before the show opens at 9 a.m. on June 6th.
Vendor Level 1: $100 – This level includes one 8-ft. table, two chairs, and space for your own freestanding rack to display quilts, company logo, etc. It also includes a ½-page ad in the program booklet.
Vendor Level 2: $150 – This level is the same as Vendor Level 1 PLUS an additional 6-ft. table.
