Fall Auction

2024 Fall Auction FAQ

Q: What is the purpose of the Fall Auction?

A: It is the major fundraiser for Arapahoe County Quilters to purchase materials for charity quilts and to have funding for educational speakers.

Q: How many items should/can I donate?

A: Every guild member is being asked to donate at least one item, but you can certainly donate as many as you wish! Just fill out one online form for each item--or bundle several small items together if it makes sense for bidding.

Q: Before I go to the online form, what preparation is needed?

A: Take a good photo (in good lighting) of each item to be auctioned.  Write a description, too.  If you need hep, just ask!

Q: What if I can't drop off my donation at a meeting?

A:  Email to make alternate arrangements.

Q:  What can I donate?

A: Most handmade items or any quilting related supplies make great donations!  If you're unsure, email

Q:  How do I donate Items?

A:  First, complete this online donation form: Click Here!  Then, drop off your donation during the August or September monthly guild meetings.

Q: When are donations due?

A: All items are due by the September guild meeting on September 12th.

Q: When does bidding run?

A: Bidding is open from October 10th at 9 pm until October 20th at 5:00.

Q: Where does bidding take place/how do I place a bid?

A: Bidding will take place on an online platform called Auctria - you can access our fall auction here.
