This event will take place inside Plymouth Hall at the church.  Please register if you plan to attend, as the church will only allow 100 people max at one time.  You must register to be allowed to enter.  A waitlist will be started for those registering after the100 max is reached.  Those who do not register will not be allowed to enter unless space is available.  If you've signed up and can not attend, please cancel your reservation so that others on the waitlist may enter.  Membership cards will be checked.

There will be several ways to shop:

  1.  INDIVIDUAL SALE TABLES : Members may purchase a table from ACQ for $15.00  and have their own "boutique" for selling items such as fabric, wall-hangings, quilted handbags and pouches, quilting cottons and/or fat quarters, dyed fabrics, new or rarely used rulers, books, quilting tools and notions, etc.  Whatever your heart desires!  Business members and longarmer's are also welcome to purchase tables for either sale of their products or for quilt intake orders.  Those interested must register and purchase a table by JUNE 1st.   Members are responsible for removing all items that are not sold.  All items must be clean and in good condition.  Members will keep all their sales profits and are responsible for filing their own sales taxes.
  2.  ACQ SALE TABLES:  Members may donate any quilting-related items to ACQ for sale.  Items will be marked in advance with either a $2 or $5 value. ACQ will retain all profits from these sales.  Any items that are left at the end of the sale must be reclaimed by the donator.
  3. ACQ SILENT AUCTION TABLE For those items that may have a more significant value ($10 or more), members may provide donations for the Silent Auction Table.  These could be homemade items, packaged items or kits that have never been used, etc.  A Silent Auction Bidding Sheet must be filled out in advance by the donor with the "starting bid" and placed with each item.  Winners must be present to receive item.  All items must be clean and in good condition.  Any items that are left at the end of the sale must be reclaimed by the donator.
  4.  ACQ FREE TABLE - Any items that a member desire to give away (i.e. items that may be used or are of a lesser quality than items donated to the ACQ Sale Tables) may be placed on the ACQ Free Table.  These items may be taken at no charge.
  5. BOOK SALE - This will be held inside Plymouth Hall at the church.  Books will  be a set price of $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00.  Members can bring donated books to the Book Sale on the day of the event.  ACQ will donate any books that are not sold.
